26 Courtland Ave Located a skipped stone away from All Day Darling, 26 Courtland Ave beckoned for revitalization and green retrofitting. A large energy-efficient addition with induction oven, mini-splits, heat pump dryer and water heater. It  will have 4kW of rooftop solar PV making it possible to reduce energy use to almost zero. Lastly, we added a screened porch that overlooks a large, lush backyard and  replace the old siding with beautiful shakes.
