After sustaining significant damage from Hurricane Helene in 2024, this home underwent a comprehensive renovation that transformed adversity into opportunity. Extensive remediation was required to restore the structure, followed by thoughtful upgrades that elevated the home beyond its original condition.

The former sunroom was reimagined as a vaulted dormer with a screened-in porch, opening the home to expansive views of the surrounding woods and flooding the interior with natural light. Alongside the architectural improvements, we brought the home’s energy performance up to our standards, reducing long-term energy use while extending the durability and lifespan of the property.
