This custom designed and built house was made to capture the views of the Reem’s Creek Valley Ridge. The owner of this property bought the land because he couldn’t get enough of the view, and so we designed and built this house so that he never would half to. The house design features 10’ ceilings on the main with the flow of the space aimed at the towering mountains out the back, connected to a two story entertaining deck for more of the same, while upstairs the master looks onto the mountains as well. We achieved a HERS score of 53 from using advanced framing and thick insulated walls, along with a radiant barrier double chambered attic.
