This neat old house just needed a little TLC…and some walls moved around. We reconfigured the HVAC systems and all the ductwork by bringing it out of the attic and crawl space so that it all ran within the insulation envelope. Then we updated all the spaces with modern finishes. Finally, we resurrected some used cabinets instead of letting them be destroyed, to pull off a show stopping kitchen that is modern and green.
