We knew this original Richard Sharp Smith was a gem waiting to be rediscovered. We gutted the entire house, along with adding a 3 story 1150 sqft green addition using all of our techniques such as thicker high insulation walls with no interruptions, mini split HVAC, and of course 2.3 KW solar array in which we designed the addition’s roof angle for optimal sun capture. The result is a restoration of the timeless historical features blended in with contemporary design and technologies.
